A week ago we launched CloudWork to a large audience of early users interested in connecting key business apps in the cloud. We are very pleased with the high percentage of account activations and the large amount of quality feedback we received – both online and face to face. To all of our awesome beta users, THANK YOU! We just can´t make any progress without your valuable support. Our objective at CloudWork is to offer a simple SaaS apps integration service that is really useful to small businesses everywhere.
Now, what’s next
At launch on September 13 we released integrations with 10 of the most popular business apps including: DropBox, Evernote, MailChimp, Twitter, WordPress, Zoho, Twilio, Campaign Monitor, FreshBooks and Pivotal Tracker.
This week we added Zendesk integrations and every week we will be adding new business apps to our catalogue. If you don’t see your favorite app on our list yet, you can suggest it from your account (you need to get an account to suggest new apps).
Here are just a few examples of use cases for apps integration: share contact information from your CRM across multiple apps, automatically back-up important data, create a single view of customer interactions, and much more. For examples of data synchronization use cases, you can watch these short videos on how you can add Freshbooks contacts to Mailchimp or send MailChimp subscribers to Evernote.
